Charles joined RL Cold in 2024 as Controller, leading the Company’s accounting and financial reporting. He’s a real estate veteran with prior Controller positions, most recently with Hines and Storage Post, a self-storage market leader. Early in his career, he worked as a senior associate at Bennett Thrash, specializing in real estate pass-through entity structures.

Charles holds his CPA license in Georgia as a lifelong Peach State native. He and his wife, Susan, have a young son, Tripp. On the weekends, Charles can be found on the golf course caddying for Tripp and occasionally having the opportunity to play.
