Robin Cunningham joined the RLCold team in 2025 as the Senior Vice President of Finance, bringing more than 23 years of accounting and finance experience across the alternative investment and real estate industries. Throughout her career, Robin has helped organizations stabilize, strengthen, and build robust financial frameworks and infrastructure, while contributing to their strategic growth and direction. 

Robin has spent much of her career implementing internal controls, systems, and operational processes for young and rapidly growing companies. Her real estate background spans investment accounting, property management, acquisitions, and development for projects ranging from $5 million to $350 million in value. 

Robin’s corporate operations experience includes human resources, compliance, risk management, tax and financial reporting.  She began her career auditing financial institutions such as broker-dealers, banks, and insurance companies before transitioning into the alternative investment and real estate sectors. Robin graduated from Georgia Southern University with her BBA and Masters of Accountancy.
