In March of 2022, Josh moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer for RLCold and, as of 2025, now serves as President. Josh oversees all strategy, business case planning, and project implementation for RLCold’s portfolio, ensuring continued long-term growth and world-class execution. As a partner at RL Cold, he brings over 20 years of expertise in construction, food production, and cold storage development. Prior to joining RLCold, he worked for Americold Logistics as manager of cold storage design in their business development department.

Josh is also a proud Air Force veteran, having served with the 823rd Red Horse Squadron. His leadership and vision continue to position RLCold as a leader in the cold storage industry.
