Raeanna Cotto currently serves as an Investment Analyst at RL Cold, transitioning from the SCS team. In this role, she supports the finance team by conducting detailed analyses of development projects and assisting with financial reporting and investment management. Raeanna’s work spans all phases of the investment process, from due diligence to disposition.

She is pursuing an MBA with a Finance Concentration at Mercer University, expected to graduate in May 2025. Raeanna brings a strong foundation in development processes and financial analysis, complemented by her hands-on experience in real estate development and investment.
